Billiard Holder

I recently saw a unique billiard holder in a magazine that didn't look too difficult if I had a pattern for it. It was called "Sharkie" and it was a cutout of a man that had one hand out with the fingers spread to hold the cue sticks, his head was a triangle and held the rack and had an 8 ball for the eye. I have been looking for a pattern for something similar and cannot seem to sind anything. If anyone can offer any suggestions, please let me know!
