Retreat Schedule

I just got the schedule for the retreat this weekend. I don't think I will be doing any of the hands on instruction other than listening. There are to many other things(demos) I want to see.

Hollow Turning
Sharpening
Turning Plates
Turning Boxes
Lidded Boxes
Using the Skew
Turning Bowls
Turning Natural edge Bowls
Making and using Traditional European Tools
Finishing
Beyond In/Out Turning???????????????Whats That

With all of the above going on, I don't want to be stuck over in the corner with some old machine.......I can practice at home after I see how they do it.

Now when I am in between activities I'll drop in to the beginners arena and get some pointers on the dos and don'ts and the why fors.

Breakfast and Lunch included,$20 per day not to shabby,this is all happening Sat & Sun this week.

Sounds like that club is working out well for you. Hope all goes well, you will be teaching all of us a bunch when you get back. My only tip, bring a notebook, the brain only holds so much for so long.
