In the unlikely event that anybody missed me over the past 10 days or so, I've been in Dallas getting edumacated for work. I forgot to take the charger for my notebook PC so I wasn't able to keep up with the forum messages. Rather than spend the past weekend reading forum messages I decided I would rather spend it in the shop. At any rate, I'm back now and catching up with the last 10 days worth of messages and personal email.

Welcome back, you were kind of quiet for a while, I had hoped everything was ok. Sounds like you have a lot of catching up to do.
Ps Did you have a chance to eat at Uncle Julio's? Miss it badly up here.

Actually, I didn't see much of anything while I was there. Our campus is in Irving and the hotel is next door. I did, however, get a chance to browse at the local Woodcraft store in Addison. We don't have anything like Woodcraft in Canada and, while the prices all appeared to be higher than locally, the selection was great and I had fun browsing for an hour or so. I'm going back for a week at the end of July.

There are a few Dallas people in the forum here and we lived out there for two years. If you want any tips, feel free to let me know. Shopping and eating out are the two semi-pro sports in the area. (and going to the movies)
