Tom,
Looks like you got a couple of bids on them, good looking planes.

You know, what you really need to do is get the "future Mrs." out in the shop with you and let her put her hands on a couple of those planes. She might decide you don't have enough, rather than too many :)

Tom,
Great looking planes and I agree with Erin ;).
One observation I have on your listing, try to post more pictures next time (believe me the extra cost will be worth it). Online buyers are highly influenced by pictures.
My eBay selling belief..."key words help buyers find your item...pictures sell it."
Good luck on your auctions!!!

Pictures are good - unless it's going for less than $15, I'd be pretty reluctant to buy a plane up for auction that doesn't have a picture of the sole and mouth.

The things we do for love! ;) I hope you're not going to sell something every time LOYL mentions something about having 'too much' involved in a hobby. It may become a habit that you will want to kick yourself for later.

I do have more pictures and I could take some specific ones if somebody wanted when I get home. I could e-mail them tomorrow morning as tonight is Poker night.
The future Mrs. did not tell me to sell the planes, last time she was in my shop, she said "wow you have a lot of planes" and that got me thinking. Of my bench planes I really only use my 4 1/2 craftsman, type 13 #5, and my type 9 #7 and I have a couple of Dunlap planes that I will not sell (it is my last name). Everything else that wasn't my fathers I may sell.
I don't wanna become a c*llect*or!!!! I will only keep about 15-20 planes. uh oh...
