How much concrete should I use for the footing? :)

I don't think concrete around a post can qualify as a footing, I think a footing is a spread out monolithic pour at the base of a common concrete column.:+:+:+, thereby reducing the punching shear of the ultimate load..........you would also do well to check the soil pressure if you are dealing with large loads......

For every 3 footings you'll need a yarding.
If you don't perch on your rod while counting the chains.
