sorry for asking this but, im not a wood work wiz...yet. what does "curly maple". is it the curly grain texter some maple has on them?

I'm just now finishing a large frame made of cherry and curly maple and I think its one of my favorite combinations.

Those are really beautiful! I like the look of strength from the 'shelf' on the bottom combined with the curve in the legs. A really nice finish, too!

Well, here they are - my cherry bedside tables with curly maple drawer fronts! Thanks to everyone for your help and advice throughout this project.
