I have a too-expensive-to-throw-away wooden pepper grinder whose grinding mechanism has corroded beyond salvage. I'm hoping that one of you woodturners out there might know of a source for pepper-grinder parts, in the hope that I might find a replacement mechanism.
Thanks.

See if I can post a link. If not, Woodcraft has them.

Daemon,
Thanks for the help. Close, but no cigar. Their largest is 14", and I'll need 16".
Any other suggestions, my friend?

Have you tried Rockler?

Jerry,
Just looked at Rockler. They carry 8" and 10", but apparently nothing larger. Thanks.

You might want to try a restaurant supply store, they could have or know where to order them from.
Best Regards,

Bill,
Good idea. High-end restaurants with good grinders wouldn't just throw them away, would they? Or would they? I'll check. Thanks.
