what is the recommended span for 3/4 MDF used in bookcases

MDF 3/4" will span 36"
MDF Birch veneer 36" span will spt 129 lbs
MDF v grade laminate will spt 205 lbs 36" span
MDF with a 3/4" x 1 1/2" wood edge dropped 241 lbs on 36" span
