A fellow woodworker told me that he had seen cutters for making wooden train tracks. The kind like Brio or Thomas the Tank engine. But he can't think of where he had seen them. Thank you for any info.

They're in the WoodCraft catalog:

126372 - "A" bit - makes male connector - $53
126373 - "B" bit - makes female connector - $28
127266 - Track cutter - Single groove - $27
127267 - Track cutter - Double groove - $40

These are listed as Whiteside bits.

All are designed to cut 7/16" x 3½" stock.

Thank you MadMark. I have made about fifty feet of track on a CNC machine at work. My two boys play with it here and at their Grandmas. Now I can Make it right here at home.
