perhaps I shouldn't have used the wood blocks to help brace the cherry legs I was glueing...Apparently I used a little too much guerrila glue, now the blocks are stuck to the legs...
(note to self...put plastic barrier between blocks and glued pieces) :)

wax paper, or just wax the blocks also works.

If you use paste wax around glue joints,no matter what kind of glue, mineral spirits will take everything right off.

LAST EDITED ON Jul-11-01 AT 00:48AM (CDT)[p]...I'm afraid my neighbors might frown on me working in my "birthday suit". LOL, gotcha! :P LOL :D
Yep on the wax paper. Yep on the block waxing.
I'll certianly try the mineral spirits.

I had a similar problem once.
I tried waxing around my joints, worked pretty well so I waxed my legs - now I pay a fortune for panty hose.
:)
