Went to Amish Country Ohio Today

I learned one thing about Amish furniture.....They LOVE pocket screws.

I did end up getting a glider chair. LOML needs one for after our first child is born next month, and I'm so far behind that my soon to be daughter may be in school before I could make one.

I live near Amish Country in North-Eastern Indiana, and for the most part they are modern woodworkers. But on the other hand, pocket-screw joinery isn't that new either. :)
