A Couple of years ago there was a product advertised on TV
Called GripMaster. It was a clamping/vise system that attached
to any workbench and could be adapted to any length. I have
tried to find a phone number, address, or any info on them
with no luck. I was wondering if anyone could help. I was
really impressed with it but didn't have the money to order
one then, now that I do I can't find them.
I would appreciate any help anyone could give.

according to their site http://www.jmldirect.co.uk/jml/index.htm they only sell through demonstrations and through QVC and the Home Shopping Network. The site also said they are on QVC Sunday mornings...I think you can contact QVC and they'll give you an accurate schedule.

I just received the schedule of woodshows and found, perhaps, the answer to your question. Go to www.advmachinery.com. They have a product called z-Vise. It at least looks similar to the product you are looking for.
Their address is: Advanced Machinery PO Box 312 Dept. 6088 New Castle, DE 19720 1-800-727-6553
I hope this helps.

hI RICK! I purchased Grip Master several years ago and believe it or not it has never been used! I have the video and instructions for the complete set. Have no idea what I paid for it or what it is currently worth. I would be prepared to sell it to you. Tell me how much and we will take it from there. I need to know your location: I live in Western Canada.

I think Rick bought it back in 2001 when he posted the question.
