Anybody here have one or tried one out? Are they even available yet?
They were supposed to become available in late August and well, it's late August. I'd love to have a D-4 but I can't justify the price for the amount of use it would get. However, the 12" Super Jig is a lot more affordable and would be great just for joining drawer sides.
If I were making period furniture, I'd learn to hand cut dovetails but for the utilitarian stuff I build, router cut with a jig would certainly speed things up.
