info on drill press

I just got a drill press today for free. My BIL had it sitting in his garage for years and overheard me talking about needing a drill press and told me to take it. It is a Guardian Power BDM-58-5S. Does anyone know anything about this one? I assume the are out of business since I cannot find a web site for them.
