I WORK WITH WOOD AS A HOBBY. I TRY TO BUY HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS. THEY ARE CHEAPER IN THE LONG RUN.
WHILE I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY FORREST WOODWORKER 40 TOOTH BLADE, I HESITATED IN BUYING THEIR TOP END DADO SET. THE PRICE IS QUITE A BIT HIGHER THAN OTHER SETS THAT CLAIM TO GIVE TOP END RESULTS.

I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR INPUT.

You might want to check out last months Popular Woodworking article on Dado sets. It might help with your decision.

I would look at the Systimatic 1755. I just bought one at northwestpowertools.com after reading an article on one in a magazine. It give nice clean cuts in laminates, I even cut some melamine which I usually have problems with.

I have had the FREUD for a few years and have been very happy with the set. I would recomend it to anyone interested in quality tools.

I recently bought the Jesada dado set and am VERY happy with the results I am getting with it. They have a special right now where you get a free 10" combination blade with the dado set. It is giving me pretty good results also.
