I can't speak for the jointech but my incra twin-linear is priceless. It's the most used tool in the shop. I even use it as a jointer. Yeah it's $380 but it's money well spent if you use it enough. Some of the real fancy stuff is hard to do but with anough scrap wood and practice anything is possible. My only complaint is that it flexes a little.

I purchased a Jointech Cabnet system a few months ago and have made some great projects with it. It is easy to use and comes with a great set of templates for any project you would like to build. I have not used the Incra system but I know a few people that have and they told me it is not as easy to use as the Jointech.

I bought the Jointech Router Fence and Table. I'm very happy with the quality. I picked the Jointech fence because it's easiest to set up for joining and has the vacuum attachment. I was really shocked at how good the quality of the fence was. If you get a chance, just do a comparison lift of the two fences and that will help you determine the quality.

I have the jointech system. I have absolutley no complaints. Like you I compared for a long time. For me it came down to quality, luckily a store near me sold both so I could compare side by side. The jointech system was heavier and sturdier. I have the sawrain sytem that doubles as a router table and jointer. It's very easy to set up, adjust and use no matter what I need it for.

Bill,

I bought the Jointech Sawtrain at a woodworking show about a year ago. I had been looking at the Incra system for several years and was about to leave the show when I happened by the Jointech both... needless to say, I left with the goodies in hand.

Thier tech support is top rate, thier product is considerably sturdier than Incra's and, I think, it's better designed.

While thier product line is not as extensive as what Incra sells, it's certainly top rate stuff. Be sure to check out thier Smartmiter as well.
