Saw Stop

I am a beginner looking for a table saw. I was searching the web when I came across a web site for a product called a Saw Stop (www.sawstop.com). Should I buy a saw with this device. Who sells a table saw with this product. If anybody knows please E-mail me back.

I've seen this but I don't think it's available on any saws yet. This is an expensive "one shot" safety device. While it works, I'd think it would be out of reach for the average woodworker.

The device you are talking about was just shown at one of the latest Tool shows. It is not an after market device and needs to be part of the design of the saw. It will add a few hundred dollars to the cost of a new saw and won't be available until the manufactures design it in. Expect it to be in the top of the line models in a couple of years.
