I have tried to save money in my youth by buying cheap tools. All I managed to do was end up spending more money. I have a number of tools that I have thrown away or are taking up room in the back of my shop not being used and the replacement tool is being used.
The price difference between the cheap stuff and quality is not as much as you would think.
SAVE YOUR MONEY
BUY GOOD QUALITY TOOLS.
Even if you choose to quit woodworking, Cheap tools have no value.
Quality tools have a resale value.
You will find many people here that will buy used PC quality tools.
