does anyone know an easy way to knock the daimond out from the blade ?

Set it up balanced on a piece of pipe who's ID is just larger than the diamond. Get another piece of pipe who's OD is just smaller. Rap it sharply with a hammer.

OUCH!!!!
Just stick a wide blade screwdriver through the hold and GENTLY twist. The diamond knock out should come right out.
