Porter Cable finish nailer
Thanks to everyone last week for responses to my pneumatic nailer question. I've looked on e-bay and see that there's a cordless model, cn250 for about 100.00. Does anyone have experience with these. Thanks.

I just bought one, and so far I love it. I've only shot about forty nails though...

Thanks for the response. I had read that it has a trigger that takes alot of heft to fire. What's your experience

I didn't seem to take too much pressure to me... I don't really have a frame of reference though... At any rate, it's easier than a hammer! :-)

RE: Porter Cable finish nailer
I have the 16-GA Porter Cable finish nailer and love it. I do not find the trigger hard to pull at all. I'm wondering if there wasn't something wrong with someones who said that. Mine has a very nice touch.
Overall, this nailer works great, shoots every time, controllable depth that works and is easy to load. I particulaly like the easy-open front should you get a nail hung up. I have never had one do this, but have with my other brad nailer and it is a pain in the butt to get at. With my Porter Cable nailer you just flip open the front and the jammed nail is right there in the open.
I don't have this tool on my site as yet, but will in the near future. I have been building wood stuff rather than my site for the last couple of weeks.

RE: Porter Cable finish nailer
Tom,
In my experience with my P*O*S finish nailer, the only time nails create a jam is when the air pressure is too low. Run your air pressure at the maximum for the nailer.
