Prompt Shipment
I ordered the Incra Miter Gauge last wednesday night and it was setting at my front door today.
I only briefly looked at it but it appears to drip of quality.I can see the repeatability written all over it.The old saying you get what you pay for sure has held true in this case.

RE: Prompt Shipment
I wish I got the same service. I am supposed to get my Incra 3000 tomorrow which is two full weeks after I ordered it. I called them last Wednesday around noon to get the tracking number and to make sure that everything was ok. I was told that I would receive a call back shortly since they would have to get the number from the warehouse. I did not receive a call back. I called back around 4:30pm and I was told that the computers were down and to call back on Thursday to get the tracking #. I called back on Thursday and did get the tracking # which projected a Tuesday delivery. When I looked at the shipped date, it was the Wed that I called.
I think that it is an interesting coincidence that I did not get a call back and that the computers were down on Wednesday. It seems to me that they did not have a tracking # to give me since it had not shipped yet. Did they lie to me about the computers being down since they had not shipped it yet. I will not know for sure, but would rather that they just told me that it had not shipped yet and when it will ship rather than trying to cover it up.
On a positive note, I have been looking forward to getting the miter gauge ever since I ordered it and can't wait to use it. I got so tired of my factory Delta miter gauge not giving me perfect 90 degree miters and forget about other angles.
I hope that this is a exception to the normal service that Woodpeck provides.

RE: Prompt Shipment
I purchased the Incra 1000 miter gauge and I too was impressed by the quality. I'm not sure why I paid another $70 for the flipstop thingamagig though.
