Decorative Inlays
I'm building a jewelry box for the wife and want to get a decorative inlay for the door front. The door is made of walnut with some creative grain design work, but I'd like to add a 3-4" decorative inlay to the center of the door. My local woodworking store doesn't carry these and I'm having trouble finding a source on the web. Any help would be appreciated.

RE: Decorative Inlays
Rockler has a decent assortment of inlays including geometric patterns and floral patterns.

Here is just one of the dozens of inlay and onlay bandings they have:

Also give www.eagle-america.com and www.vandykes.com a look.
If you see the same thing in rockler that you like, jump over to
MadMarks and drop him a few cents by ordering through his link to rockler.
