I remember seeing plans for a horizontal mortiser in an issue of shopnotes a couple of years ago, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I also remember seeing someone on this forum had actually built it (and posted a pic of it in their shop). I was wondering who that was, what they thought of it after using it for a while, and if anyone could point me to the issue, or where to get the plan online. Searching around plans now only shows this http://www.plansnow.com/dn3081.html
and that's different from what I remember. In the plans I'm thinking of, the router was held horizontally, and the level of the table was set by two diagnal ramps.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Mat
