RE: Recovery piece
Limey,
Although I've never done 'turning' your piece looks very very nice. Almost a piece of art I'd say.

RE: Recovery piece
Great looking work - Limey. The decorative insert really sets if off. We can say added value. Now this gives me a chance to invite you and the others in this group to go to a new site for Segmented and decorative woodturnings. The site is an expansion of the Yahoo Group with 483 members. We are up to 71 members in just a week. You will see albums of other turners and you can create one of your own. The site has restricted membership so you will need to send a join request. RE: Recovery piece
Wow I mean it WOW!
If this was a recovery piece the original must had been going to be museum quality. I am always impressed with the pictures of your work that you submit. I dont turn yet, but the pennies are stacking up so I am getting closer to that lathe. You always get us something to work toward, thank you.

Limey,
Like it? MY GAWD MAN, That is beautiful!
Look at how the figure of the Maple and the figure Sycamore compliment each other!
How in the hell do you do such beautiful work?
I feel like such a dweeb.
Do you take in apprentices? I'd like to get in line.
Really incredible! :D
