    Some Vessels Turned

Been so busy in the shop, haven't had time to take any pics. Did some other stuff not related to turning, but did these, also.

Nice Jerry, But did you knit the afghan in your spare time or is that what keeps you out of the shop?

Actually, it's crochet, and LOML does that sometimes in the winter. A little too warm other times of the year to have something like that covering your lap, and it takes her several years to do one cause we get like 3 days of winter every year.

Aah so that's why you're so crotchety !!!

Nice stuff kiddo...Cocobolo is one of my all time favorites, just love how the orange intensifies as it exposes to light.
thankfully I don't have an allergy to the dust but it would still be tempting and then use a full respirator. BTW it can also bring out a nasty skin rash in those who are sensitive so take care.

Like the Mangler got a lot on at the moment so haven't had the lathe spinning for some while but I am glad someone is keep things turning over

    Cheers Limey

It is quite hard, and putting it next to the Cypress made it seem even more so. But it does machine well and finishes up nicely.
