wolverine jig setup
is there a standard starting out set up for the angle of a fingernail ground on a spindle and bowl gouge?... I am talking about the angle (notches) on the fingernail jig and then the amount the tool sticks out... I thought in my travels there was a good standard set up..say the notch is the 2nd notch and the tool is 1 1/2 inches and the length I thought varied for the other type of gouge..hope that makes sense..trying to get a good beginning point...tks...

Check out the Oneway.com website (the manufacturer of the Wolverine system). They now have on line video clips showing the use of all of their tools. Also they will send you a CD upon request. Jan Rehler, Corpus Christi, Texas
