Post for sale
Just call me and we can talk about the price - you need to pick it up.

I think we need to re-think what this trading post is all about.
Seems that lately - it is used for:
To try to get all you WW.com scumbags to buy my stuff I have for sale.
I am not interested in you at all, neither do I want to converse with you.
Heck - I am not even particularly interested in woodworking.
This is the first and last post I am ever going to make on WW.com
If I post more than one post it is because I have mulitply items for sale.
Maybe if we changed a nominal fee - nobody would post here.

Marc - maybe you could "anchor" the rules so it could remain at the top of the list. along with a comment

RE: Post for sale
If I had my way, we'd delete the Trading Post altogether :)
Seriously, this is the only forum I have any problems with... but it's my job so I take care of it... no problem. I sometimes wonder about it's worth though... you know, bang for the buck...
Guess I will take a poll and see what y'all think...

RE: Post for sale
Here's a novel idea:
Dump this section in Leo's yard, let him clean it up! :7
He could drive his "post" through it's heart to make sure. :9

RE: Post for sale
Quart what size are the post holes ?
Do you think they would be suitable for the post that Leo is advertising.?
It's a pity he only has the one for sale as I really need 8 to replace ones that got uprooted in a recent storm.. But I guesss if I knew the size of the holes I could keep a look out for 7 more that would be suitable ;)

There once was a story...
About a prospector who bid on digging post holes for telegraph wires across the Black Hills. (Indian land) It seems that this prospector was the low bidder and was awarded the contract. The prospector did rather well and was about to settle up with the government. It was then that the prospector discovered that the government was paying the prospector and not vice versa.
;) :) ;)
