Decals
I am looking to purchase a Teddy Bear decal (or some such) for the back of a rocking chair I'm making for mu Granddaughter. Does anyone know where they can be found? Any hints on applying decals over a polyurethaned finish?

RE: Decals
Try a print shop. most have done bears already and can make one for a fair price. AS for over, I would just apply as on metal. I make wood shields for kids and used decals for these a time or too. I put the decal on then used a poly clear coat over top. The decal must be applied tightly(no air bubbles), and the glue allowed to dry. By coating over top, the decals edges are less likely to be to caught and lifted off.

When you find the decal "Pionite" makes an excellent contact adhesive that will virtaully adhere to anything with-in seconds.
