cook book retractable shelf

My daughter saw a cook book retractable shelf that mounts to the
bottom of upper kitchen cabinets. I looked in the Rockler catalog
and don't find it there. I also sent them an e-mail asking if by
chance they just don't have it in there catalog and they said no. Anyone know where to shop for one?

They are called Fold Down Brackets. They work very well. Using them to make a fold dowm spice rack.
Lee Valley sells good quality merchandise. Been going to them for about 15 years now.
