I'm looking for a source to buy a serrated blade 10 1/2 inches long and 3/8 inch wide to make a bread knife. The knife I have see available in stores is made in Canada. It is made of oak and is bow shaped with a small handle. The blade is screwed on across the bow. Thanks for your assistance.
Scott,
The bread knives you describe are made using blades from commercial
bread slicing machines. Don't know where to get them but that's what they are.
