    Fishing Is Over

I'm back, sunburn and all........ 10 guys, 3 1/2 days of fishing with only 11 keeper seatrout. The winds were 15 to 20 most of the time as a minimum with gusts to 30 . We sure ate good and the Scotch & Water wasn't bad either. Going to bed , am wore out.

Well I guess thats a lot more fun then the 6 inches of snow I got for my weekend. Gotta love springtime in Colorado.

    Are we sure its May?

That's another thing I don't miss after having lived in Wyoming for 7 years.
It's been hot here. Are we sure it isn't July?

    Well#####,

Did we all heed your warnings, shop still there? Believe we put everything back where we found it, thanks. When you going again, I never have enough clamps.

Going to try my luck for stripers again this weekend, then in
1.5 weeks I've got an overnight(on the water) haddock trip planned. If Glouster, MA isn't to far we should hook up (no punn intended) for one of these overnighters. This trip is for haddock but they run some monster cod fishing trips. Or if your interested their might still be a slot open for tuna fishing this fall.

Glen..Sounds like a lot of fun but I guess it would be close to 2000 miles from Houston.I could probably sell a trip if the stock market were a little more forgiving but it has really cut the budget since the Election. Thanks for asking tho..hope you get those Stripers this weekend. We have some fresh water Stripers that have been introduced to the brackish water where the rivers dump into salt water bays. I wonder if they are the same species? They get pretty big so I understand. I have never caught one.
    Any how good luck..
