    Dave,

When I was trying(and failing) to post my desk pix, I checked on them and I seem to remember that they were going to start charging to "belong" to their service. Maybe that has something to do with it?

    Photopoint Gone Pay

PhotoPoint hase went the way of Honesty and is a [i]"Paying Customer Only" site now. I found another one http://www.clubphoto.com/ (Club Photo) that is free for now. Just signed up so don't know yet how dependable they will be.

    RE: Photopoint Gone Pay

'Sucuse me. But what does making it a pay place have to do with honesty?
If you pay you are honest. If you use the free stuff you're not??
Sounds like some sort of judgement call on your part.
    Mind expounding on that?

I posted to this thread over the weekend, and it appeared at home. But I see today it appears to not be here, Strange!

    Not THAT Honest

No, no, no Sonny, not the personel virtue of Honesty but rather the one that use to host pictures for free, www.honesty.com.

Whew :o, had to straighten that out before I got taken to the wood shed (again).

    Use my site...

We'll I've been telling you to send my your project pics for a while now. Seems like I've created a monster!

Being the lazy type, I've set up a new topic area on my discussion forum "Guest Pictures"

    Go to:

    http://www.netexperts.cc/~lambertm/d...s/618/618.html

    or

http://www.markswoodshop.com and follow the "Discussion Group" link.

You can now use this to directly post your project pictures with narrative descriptions. The pictures can be on the web already or only on your local C: drive. Either way, y'all are welcome to post.

One final note. Our ISP (BellSouth) has been bouncing our line for the past few weeks. We're in the process of relocating our server so if we seem "spotty" this is why. We should be on a new, faster, more reliable line by the end of July.

    RE: Use my site...

    Mark,
I think that is right nice of you, and man I can imagine the space it must hog up. Not to mention the bandwidth.
Whatcha think about satillite? I know it's neigh impossible to ace the bells out, but I'm curious.
Not for me for my piddly use at the cost. But I do miss my DSL and it's clickPOP! (No, didn't miss the space there, that's how it seemed to work).
    Sigh....
