    Dewalt Planer - Strange Request

    My wife did a good thing, and a bad thing. She bought me the Dewalt Planer DW733 for Christmas. Now, the bad thing. She threw the box away. As you might know, this planer comes with a $50.00 rebate, only if you have the UPC from the box. Now, the request. Does anybody have the UPC for this box and they bought the planer prior to September 15th, 2001(before the effective date of the offer?) Would you be willing to send it to me? My wife feels awful about what she did. I figured I'd ask, it couldn't hurt. If anyone can help, please let me know. Thanks.

    Can't help you with the UPC cause I used mine, but nowhere in the rebate offer could I find any mention of a cash rebate option, only for one of the items listed (I chose the ROS; a $79 retail item). Also there wwas supposed to be an extra cutter belt in the box -- not. Called Dewalt and they sent one immediately. Still haven't received the ROS.
