Super Shop (Fox) For Sale
I have a "made in the USA" Super Shop in excellent condition to sell, but I don't have a clue what it might be worth. I bought it from my Dad twenty years ago, so I don't know what they sold for new or what they might be worth today. Can anyone give me a potential price range for this combo system. Jacksonville, AL.

I think they originally sold for around $2000. As I understand them they were a heavy-duty version of the Shopsmith. If you still have it I'd be interested in it.
Pricewise it is hard to estimate the value. I've seen complete Shopsmiths on Craigslist for anywhere from $250 to $3000. Since there were so few made
they don't come up for sale very often. Also, parts availability may be a problem.

A ShopSmith and a Super fox are to different animals, The ShopSmith is much lighter and not as durable as the SuperFox, The super fox has as an option, a power feed, it's similiar to a lathe which makes it better for precise working -- I'd be interested in purchasing, if not to far away from me and more information on it.

Robert, I am interested in buying a Supershop by FOX. Is it still for sale or is this ad way too old?

The Super Shop was developed by Anthony Fox, who had been an engineer for Magna, creators of the Shopsmith line. The Super Shop is now manufactured in China for Smithy Co. of Ann Arbor, MI.
