    need advice

    It is hard to make out from the picture on the web page but, is the headboard trimmed out if it is I think it would be better to use Birch ply for the head board with solid birch for trim. I don't know much about finishing but I'm sure someone will be along to help with that soon.

    i've inspected the actual bed. It's solid wood. No trim on the edge of the headboard.
