intro... about myself...

hey everyone.. ive been woodworking for a while now, grew up around it.. and decided this would be a pretty good forum to come to and maybe ask some advice, bounce ideas around, or just talk about various projects, so as i do more with woodworking, i should become more active in this forum...

the biggest thing i do with woodworking right now is building musical instruments, and future projects include carving lasts for making my own hats and boots, and im also considering wood as the core material for the structure of the body of a '34 ford tudor im building on a ranger frame.. not really a woodworking project, but i still have to shape the structure components of the body with it.. but i may still just go with steel...

the question im here to ask..

a few years ago i purchased a silicone rubber heating blanket.. its dimensions are 6-34", it gets up to or over 300 degrees and i had purchased it for steaming wood to shapes by soaking the wood, laying it in a form, and laying this blanket over it with pressure... main purpose i bought it for was to bend guitar sides, but decided to go a more traditional route, so ive never used it.. and i was wondering what it might be worth if i sold it now?...
