    Grizzly 1029 DC

Anyone have any experience with this? For the price, its tough to beat. 2HP, 1550 CFM and $239 with $45 shipping.

Guess I should also tell you what my usage will be. I have Unisaw, a Ridgid planer, a few other power tools, and do hobby furniture building. I've been recycling some pallet lumber also. Is this unit comparable others in its class? I checked out the chart on woodmall, and it gives the wrong stats but the right model number. I'm a bit confused on it.

I've had mine for about 3 months and it works great. I have a 5 inch main run with 8 y's at 4' inch. I had two blast gates open at one time and seem fine.

I have two of them. I believe the older only rates about 1200 CFM. Both are well worth the money.

Maybe that's why Woodmall as it at the 1182 CFM. How loud is this unit? Relatively, that is?

The noise level is relative. It is louder than a unisaw but much less than a shop vac. Check the wood mall chart again. It has the decibel (noise level ) shown for each machine.
